muscle ups are HARD!!!!!!

WARNING!! The Music stinks.....but these girls are AMAZING!!! The muscle ups kill me, they don't even use momentum..it's all muscle...soo impressive!!!

I've worked hard to be where I am today,and come a long way from that girl on the hospital bed but I'm definately not 'there' yet. I have lost most of the weight, dropped my blood pressure, fixed my blood sugar and I keep getting fitter and healthier. But it hasn't happened overnight. I have chosen to take the long process, where I focus on my lifestyle and let the weight take care of itself. Luckily I have an amazing support group including my crazy sexy hubby, and the best workout buddies a girl could ask for. This is what I'm doing to get myself on track and make my 30's my healthiest years yet! I have come a long way..but this is the journey - not the destination

Healthy Habits

As a group, every month we focus our attention on conquering a new healthy habit. Now when I say 'conquer' realize that noone is perfect. We aren't either. But as we have gotten better at these thigs our bodies have transformed before our eyes, as has our health and our energy. (and we are nowhere near 100% yet)We just focus on adding in the good stuff, and have watched the bad stuff go away on it's own.

These 5 simple steps can completely transform your health and life in a profound way - you will never want to go back to the way you felt before. We work on them together and help support each other as we each become more alert, healthier, happier versions of ourselves. It makes it easier and fun...

And you know what...it works.

In the summer of 2011 a few friends and I started working out together and trying to get Fit and Healthy.
We needed a simple plan of attack that we knew would work, so I started working hard to find the best health advice in the industry, that's where the 5 Healthy Habits came to be. We also wanted somewhere that we could find EASY, healthy recipes to keep our family moving in the right direction. So we have plenty of that too.

The focus of this blog is to support you in a positive way, it is filled with "Do's" instead of "Don’ts" .
